NextSmartCity — Willowvale place portal

NextSmartCity — Willowvale first

Public place portal at /nextsmartcity/ (www.nextsmartcity.online when the name points here). Everyone joins as a visitor. Other seats can be added: community, municipal official, traditional leader, youth, business owner, investor, developer, estate agent, drone operator, designer, TVET, buyer, tourist.

What you can do

• Read five Willowvale demonstration sections and the map.
• Hold a drone-cinema seat (gallery, director, optional 360). Test hold — no card. The pilot in command may refuse a movement.
• Read student and senior virtual designs.
• Bid on the South Pad layer in ZAR, USD, EUR, GBP, CNY, AUD, CAD, CHF, JPY, INR, AED, or NAD. The board ranks the rand equivalent on a demonstration rate dated 13 Oct 2026, or a company rate when that rate is not an empty 1:1. Not a bank quote. No card is taken. The high bid leads a reservation file toward a nominated attorney trust. It is not title. 3% is shown on the rand rank. Cinema seats stay in rand. The auction still is on the home step and on /nextsmartcity/auctions.
• The language menu covers English, isiXhosa, Afrikaans, isiZulu, French, Portuguese, Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, and Kiswahili for menus, headings, and the bid form. Longer explanations stay in English. The English disclaimer is the binding line. isiXhosa and isiZulu interface lines still need a Willowvale speaker. Arabic runs right to left. A light/dark control is in the website nav, the browser shell, and Android 0.1.3.
• Moon and Mars pages are rehearsals of the same method. They are not for sale.
• Introduction films, landscape and portrait: /nextsmartcity/reels.
